This is the first public release of TCPCam, it’s a beta version that should be usable, but we need your help to make it better. Please try to fix/report some bug if you find any.
TCPCam is written in the C language.

Dependences
In order to compile TCPCam you need the SDL Library and the JPEG Library installed on your computer (not just the runtime, the header files are required also (-dev packages in most Linux distribution). Speex it is not required as it is shipped together with TCPCam itself. If you usually compile applications chances are that your system already contains everything it is required to compile TCPCam.
